Get rid of IDE. Stop looking for a problem that doesn't exist in the company. Make the people working in that department get a real job and eliminate the pointless executive level diversity officer. Save money and get back to doing what the company actually exists to do.

Executive pay is tied to DEI efforts. Also, there is the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Everything Allstate leadership does is about personal enrichment. Cash is king.
Agreed. All this talk about IDE is exactly that, talk. There is still no diversity in tech. If they are going to do it, just do it.
Allstate has gone Woke and it is going broke. But it's racist to have a conservative viewpoint these days. What happened to hiring the best person for the job.
