What’s the package offered as a termination of PIP?
Severance depends on your country - IBM tends towards being just above the least required by law.
What is severance package offered for RA?
You may get your wish. According to a friend in Systems old GTS style "redeployments" have come back. She got less than 2 wks to accept or decline the new "offer" in a completely different job family she knew nothing about or resign. No package offered.
Yawn.

I wish. Didn't think I'd miss them, but now there os zero turnover in HQ management. Not that they would get rid of the worst or be able to hire in quality. But the stagnation is brutal. I'm ready for a package as well. IBM version of retirement now.
