All I heard from customers the whole time I was at WINDSTREAM was how much they loved it when it was PAETEC. And that the service back then was wonderful. Not so much now.

TT is only slighlty worse that Arunas. Make no mistake, Arenas was a a lying piece of sh!t with a sh!tty book that he handed out like it was required reading. I threw mine in the trash as soon as it was put on my desk.
Do You realize you compete with Ritter on price? How can you afford to pay anyone when you have to give away service.
Ruined Nuvox. What a joke. Nuvox and other CLEC’s were just circling the bowl and they found someone d-mb enough to by them. CLEC model was just constant churn. Find someone who doesn't know how bad our services are. Only thing T-Bag knew was how to run an audit. When you pit accountants in charge it is headed for a slow death. No vision.
They ruined Nuvox
@2rhe+1jqKVcGR So does this mean some of us can’t admit that the entire thing with Elliot was planned? You know, from bankruptcy to millions in less than a year.
"With every merger things are supposed to get better. The executives will tell you 1+1=3 ensuring "synergy savings". Unfortunately every merger post 2009 PAETEC things got worse. Arunas was a clear leader and neither Jeff or Tony exemplified and of his qualities."
Lot here. Arunas was a leader for sure. Jeff and Tony are perfect examples of "bosses" that do not lead. If you are not a yes man you get ejected out of their orbit.
The mergers were because Jeff Gardner and the board were trying to pump our numbers up to convince another LEC to buy us. There was never any integration or true attempt to realize synergy. Once it because apparent that nobody would purchase us. Well, they had a problem.
Then they went wacky world. Got the company slam dunked into bankruptcy. Now there is this massive CLEC side of the company that is nothing but a drain on resources and they do not know what to do. They are floundering and have no real ideas.

If it were not for the financial crisis of 2009 things would be much different today.
Those are probably the same customers that refuse to move to updated products and are still on the same product they were on from when they were with Paetec.
If you are no longer here, why do you still care? I find it bizarre that people who no longer work at WS are still strangely obsessed with it.
