Let's be honest

Toxicity starts at the top and those at the top need to stop injecting roadblocks to the people that still give a cr-p. You are the reason this company is fundamentally broken and it will take years to rebuild this company to operational excellence.
Win is lucky to still have people that care
We are the furthest thing from an IT powerhouse and the top few leaders there are manipulative con artists
The board should continue skip levels to get the real story

The only way to make them listen is to Unionize. Contact someone at IWW to help if needed but we need to work together to get them to put this company right.

We’ll if we’re being honest, this company treats its employees pretty cr---y. They are now telling field people that they can schedule you at any time around the clock, regardless if you are on call not! Which ultimately means they can plan your life!! Good luck windstreamers, I found an excellent mostly lateral, move with the same pay but way better benefits. After one year I earned a 5% raise. I get up in the morning now and I’m actually looking forward to my day. No more 5 PM cuts or 5am wake-up’s because god forbid, an auto parts store may b without their phones and data for the one stinking hour during the business day it takes to cutover their services. I know that’s a foreign concept now for most field guys there but professionalism still exists, even in management, outside of the windstain.

When will management show some signs of giving a cr-p about workers and their families -- ever? Do they understand when our family finances are falling behind inflation so much and so quickly that concentrating on work at Windstream is a lower priority? The answer has been "we are not a prison", "the door s are not locked" and "we do not budget for inflationary pressures" - so seems pretty dam bleak

The board doesn't care about our perception of upper management and their vision. They are more concerned about woke culture and pronoun use.
