Model e is a garbage label to divide your company. Ur not a better person if you are in model e are you? Sounds like another form of discrimination?
To answer a few posters on this topic. I took the package in 2018. Place turned toxic. Led by clowns. They are not leaders but a sideshow at a circus. I sold all my Ford Stock. My daughter was offered a job by Ford she chooses not to. We encouraged her to leave the state and focus on a company that is growing with solid leadership. Not the Cr-p we have at the oval right now.

If you are so down on the corporate level townhall meetings, I recommend you join the Model e townhall this coming week. It will be candid and informative.
@1xht+1jqEsfFd i dont know about do as little as you can, because if you play your cards right, you can learn a lot and leverage it for your next gig. but take as much as you can get, now that is a good idea.
I'm going to do as little as possible and take every thing I can from this company. Why bust my hump after witnessing how they've treated so many good people?
