Get anything sentimental or important off your laptop, you get locked out of your account at 8AM that day and have no way to access anything.

What kind of question is that?

Very Scripted and quick. The call is made and all communication is cut off. Nothing more from your manager or internal Xerox information. All questions and correspondence is done with the alumni email offshore. It takes about 4 days for them to respond.

IRIF'd last year. “Got the Call”, Formal, scripted. “We have to let you go.”; no access to internal sites.

Just like that, it was over.

Verify, verify, verify and verify again. No matter what, they can't seem to accomplish a simple business process. Whatever they tell you confirm and record what has been said, (because even the paperwork is incorrect). Then ask again and again. You'll get a different answer from them every time, but will start to see a pattern that might tell you when you'll get, benefits info, finished and paid expense reports, severance payouts, etc.

Getting IRIF'd was the best thing that ever happened. If you are still there get out. The titanic is going down and Xerox is still playing the Orchestra on the deck. I assure you the grass is greener everywhere else!
