I’m anxiously awaiting any word of my acceptance.

None of these senior IT people leaving are surprising: head of software engineering, her chapter manager, head of data engineering, his old subchapter heads, infrastructure chapter manager, cyber ops, REG, M&A, integration lead, surface platform tech manager, GSOF tech manager — they’re all pretty much retirement age.
What’s more surprising are some of the San Ramon people who are actually choosing to move to Houston, like the talent manager.
It’ll be interesting to see who ends up in those next level boxes though. Probably still lame @ss people, but it will look quite different.
@fz+1jq9e0twm maybe bs maybe not
he hasn’t been here long. companies can make up for loss in severance in other ways. imho, the dude’s biggest weakness is that he’s soft and genuinely cares about his people, who dgaf about him anyway. If true, not taking aeoi was incredibly d-mb on his part.
Don’t forget to cash in your R&A points, don’t leave anything on the table when you turn the lights off
@fq+1jq9e0twm congratulations. Somebody did you a solid. You get insurance for all of September! Mine was June 30, which kinda su-ks, July 1 would have been awesome
That’s the d-mbest thing I’ve ever heard on here. Pass on severance even though you wanna leave? Calling BS.
@dx+1jq9e0twm Pretty sure he’s not leaving yet. Heard he’s told people that he wants to pass on severance and be a part of selections to make sure people are landed in the right places and let the dust settle before next move.
Got my AEOI approval letter today. Last day of employment is September 1.
JL in E.AI?
Wait, who is JL?
Anyone receive a deferred decision?
If JL is leaving then … wow.
JL
Initials? Some pretty high profiles accepted in IT
Heard of at least one high profile person that got their AEOI rejected.
I received my notification yesterday, verbally from my supervisor. He gave me my redeployment and final termination dates. Was told I will receive an email on Friday the 28th.
Well maybe today….or tomorrow! Good luck
Really. No word. My supervisor told me she hasn’t heard anything.
Really? Your supervisor should have reached out to you at least and stated you were approved or not with a confirmation email coming later in the week.
