Continues to push his agenda and lead like an abusive dictator putting his employees in the middle of a bloody war between kingdom building between ElV and Carelon, meanwhile there are employees that truly care about the member experience and improving the way we deliver service. I hope Bryony Winn and other leaders who boost mental heath and taking care of each other are standing tall to fight the hypocracy

Hearing rumours that Geeta is visiting india to meet with UST/Deloitte/Infinity/etc.. consulting company for NDA project. Soon news will be out once they cut a deal....

All of these people ki-l morale. They'd lay you off to save half a penny. Geeta is an unprofessional, evil human. Been on calls with her with hundreds of people and she tells them they su-k at their job. Well Geester--only because ELT told them to do things..they do it..then are left to the repercussions when it fails apart because same ELT cuts budgets by 80%. No one can do the work of 16 people but they're sure trying to make it happen. Sl--e. If she's out indefinitely GOOD. I hope it's a bad time for her. She deserves it.

NDA = non-disclosure agreement, Projects requiring an NDA are considered sensitive and employees sign an agreement agreeing not to share information about them.

Bryonny looked terrible at the last town hall. She looks stressed and unhappy. Out of all leadership I believe she has the most integrity. She’s the only one to ever acknowledge that things are difficult. The rest of leadership, including middle management are on team toxicity. This will all fail as these do nothings run this company into the ground. Leadership is so disconnected from what staff actually do it’s terrifying. Felicia, Sandy (rhymes with bake) need to retire. Sandy is not to be trusted. She can be so unkind. I wish they’d RIF me. The woman makes my skin crawl.

Does anyone think that our media relations and communications department read these? Is there anyone in the media who reads these? It be interesting to see if Gail will move forward with these NDA projects knowing how they are viewed and also knowing the Newley released information about RLavu.
