I saw a comment here about D2D LCC RIS and I don’t understand how to reply. HR doesn’t help. They hide the truth. The real Cheese version is only fear, lies and hate with a big fake smile.Nobody can say the truth about what they do or how they treat people.We don’t get the calls. We are removed from other teams.We can’t talk honest or speak truth.Everythung we do is monitored We can’t even go to the bathroom easy. We can’t share ideas that would make us get sales.They lie about what we do when we get them. We are not D2D but they keep lying and changing the rules and no managers dont anything because Managers are scarred too.
We have heard threats. It is so crazy you would not believe.People leave every week faster than they can hire. The people who stayed for years are gone or they will be gone soon. In some areas it’s hard to find another job or we would already be gone. Everyone is scared of Cheese and mist or the ones in there club. Im sorry for the people we can’t help that we are supposed to help. We are tired.We are just trying to survive in a bad place.

I don’t know why anyone has to bring unrelated people into it when there is plenty to talk about in the origin post… maybe you should try Jesus. Sorry to OP, I heard this from some who left. Hope someone takes action. There were once alot of good people there. Melt the Cheese!
The best lies are the ones that a manager or director look you in the face and lie to you. While you know it's a lie and BS. Managers and directors hate people with a brain because their Jedi mind tricks don't work on them. Leadership doesn't say anything because those people with a brain are their top performers.
Not sure how long you’ve been around but truth went out the window at WS the second they bought Paetec. That company was loaded with people who took advantage of customers who couldn’t tell the difference between being sold something and being swindled. WS promoted the sleeziest of those and if that wasn’t bad enough, the company bought these people a complete package of customer base to torture via EarthLink. If it’s truth you want, you can’t find it here, it was buried along with the Fortune 500 title at least a decade ago.

I have had my popcorn ready for awhile and my phone stays on go! I’m ready for it and I want all the action. There’s a couple of people I would love to see get their just desserts.
Just give it a few months, that sounds hostile. This ship will be a rattling and the org chart will be turned all around and shaken all about before long. Sit back, do the best you can, grab some popcorn, and get ready to watch the show. Cell phones are permitted in this theater in case you need to record anything to cya.
In my opinion - you care too much. Put in your 8 hours and go home. Nothing you do will change the course of what's going to happen. And remember, everybody gets a turn.
So to the original poster of this… you have to be in sales because of things you said. You have blown my theory of rogue HR rep out of the water! I don’t want to say a lot or too much here but I’d like to say that the micromanaging is real and it sounds like you know. Cheese and mist as you have called them are desperately seeking sales and it shows. I want so bad to know who you are!
The high turnover in sales was going since 2008. The pushed sales tactics and not really taking no for an answer has been going since then. If you aren't hitting sales it's PIP time. I've seen more people come and go in sales it's sad. Managers looking for people in the bathroom is true too. I had seen that on multiple occasions. Sounds like nothing has really changed since. Some managers have found ways to find sales but they're always super sneaky about it and will share it with their favorites. That WS for you.
