Do it and stack the second paychecks while working elsewhere. Capotal One doesn't deserve better treatment.
Does this affect senior distinguish engineer? I started with Capone in data and ai, what is the culture like ?

How about the Director, Sr. Director roles? Is it worth riding it for an year or two and quit after you have earned the signing bonus?

Don't work at Capone period. You will be fired remotely because of their harassing and retaliatory behavior to justify stack rankings, which is to fire 15% to 20% of employees throughout the year. All the dirt is posted here and on glassdoor and indeed review sites.
