Can you imagine if everyone that is being impacted especially if ALL CS UL and LS reps stopped coming to work for a week or two or longer if it were possible how much trouble Allstate would be in with customers? It would be so impactful yet funny to see senior leadership struggle and freak out. Thousands of calls just sitting! Sadly it's not an option with money, pto, etc but it would wonderful if we all as a whole had this capability.

They would go digital only and the phone would direct customer to chat/app/web. Vendors would hastily train new reps at lower pay. They've thought of all outcomes.
Go out sick for a month instead one after the other. That would have an impact. Stress, anxiety, ate very unhealthy
