It's crystal clear to anyone paying attention: Cigna is headed for disaster. Things will keep shrinking around here - especially the workforce - and soon there won’t be enough of us left for it to even stand. When it goes down, everyone still here is going with it. If you’ve got any sense, you’re already planning your exit before the whole thing implodes.

IBM has been like this for decades. So yeah, Cigna's not likely to disappear any time soon.
cigna will prevail in spite of negative persons and foolish business decisions…
Cigna will be just fine. As noted below, they're too big to collapse.
Now whether the people still standing here have the resources and time to perform their jobs and still have an outside life without severe stress, that's another conversation. Not one I want to to consider so like many others, I'm looking around.
What location are you guys at? I'm in NJ
There’s no pending collapse. I predict another big sale. They’re buying back stocks and continuing to focus on ‘operational efficiency.’ It’s coming.
No, Cigna is not going to collapse. We're fortune 16. We just closed a billion dollar sale. Our stock is up over 15% over the past year. Ever since layoffs started over a year ago, people have been predicting an imposing collapse but it's just not going to happen. If you personally feel like you don't like where this company is going, job hunt and get out - I did this and my last day is coming up now and I couldn't be happier. Don't wait around complicit with bated breath for some fall that isn't going to happen.
No need to worry about running out of money. They just got over $3Billion from HCSC
I hope they lay me off before they run out of severance money, the way things have been going lately
