I made a promise to myself that no matter how much I love the work, I’d log off early because of how badly things were being handled.
As far as I’ve seen,
Managers who don’t know how to handle things, d-mbest creatures.
Architects who just boss around, who barely do anything but act like they run the place and are the critical resources.
Bureaucracy at peaks!

SLB has a bad reputation since forever. Whenever goes to work at SLB is either d-mb or a psychopath.
SLB want cheap labor and sent all the jobs to overseas. They will continue laying off people here. The place has become so toxic and they treat the employees like cr-p! Hopefully, nobody work there and they mind as well just close all the HUB!
I haven't heard anyone say how happy they are at this company when talking behind closed doors. Place is sad and systemically mismanaged
I mean that’s what I do…learned hard work gets you no where in this place, but more work. Just clock in and if you don’t make deadlines, oh well. Work 8 hours and go home.
