You don’t get an actual warm notice. However it will be posted on your states website for warn.
Layoffs are more frequent and dispersed to work around things like WARN. Company knows how to work around any system designed to benefit employees.
The company does not have to file Warn notice if they give employes notice. The amount of time is state based
I don't see any listed recently, I believe the WARN notification only applies if it's a certain number in a State. EH may get around that often by having a lot of remote workers in various areas.
What is a warn act?
