I can’t believe they let Bill go. Great guy and one of the best Barbie designers in history. Pretty messed up to lay a guy off right after his mom dies. Nice moral compass Mattel.
Great guy, just shows that Mattel Management doesn’t care about the creative drain they create. Weather you are an engineer, designer, supply chain employee, Bi\ Gr€€Ning was a stalwart element to the creative process.
...and so very sorry to hear about his Mom. She'll always be watching over him now.
One of the ABSOLUTE nicest guys in the Design Center. Always a smile, always a hello! Mattel will be a much different place without him, but with his talent and professionalism, I'm guessing he'll end up with a better gig where's he appreciated! Mattel's loss.
