There must be some that deserve recognition, surely?

@2br+1jq02s05f All those managers that talk in that funny accent which none of us can understand are very poor. They are well above their place

Is Mark Thomas still there? He has to be one of the worst I have ever encountered. Full of hot air. No substance whatsoever. I stood up to him and each time he went into retreat mode.
There are lots of decent VP's SVP's and evps in the company.
No, sorry, I left last year.
I know of two, or three. But they aren't my manager. The rest are fu--ing garbage, and need hanging out to dry.
I've a decent manager (for now) and hopefully the team i manage feel there's some effort from my side too. There are 100% some decent ones still around, just slowly being broken by the internal processes and hr rules.
Yes I have a great manager thanks, they aren't the only one, others do exist.
My manager is awful. Doesn't understand, doesn't care. Won't even ask for a pay rise for me (the process is too complicated!). Just wants to find fault. Am not encouraged to want to help. Sooner you say you don't know the sooner attention is diverted to someone else. I told em how to fix and improve thing. All totally ignored.
I was a really good manager when I worked at DXC for 4 years. HR hated me because I made good business cases for pay increases for my team, and actually got some. Senior leaders like me because i exceeded my financial numbers. But it was such a difficult job that eventually I left for a much better place. Sad to leave my team.
Er…..no. Question is were there ever any?
