Absolutely true..All they want to do is outsource projects to vendors and make money .Hope they get expelled soon

There is nothing like ranking employee performance based on tasks over which she has no authority.
Join the labor union, create one if none exists in your country. Unless of course you are in India where labor organization is forbidden and people treat each other like trash.
Having attended the CDO-All hands..It didn't seem like managers/VP's/Directors would be laid off. Wow..what an amazing show we had yesterday.!!
Will be happy to see most of the managers and VPs and EVP gone. It is time to rebuild the management and technical leads from scratch. Yes, it will take some time but will be good for F5. Also they should cut senior HR personnel, they are also part of the dirty games.

Many of those whose only job is to move tickets on the board (it's not their job anyway) and distract teamwork should be terminated. Good for the company. Good for teams. Good for products.
