Why do we need time recording? Other than billable work to clients what would happen if we just turned it off. It just seems like a waste of time.

Not trusted. Treated like children. So we behave like children.... You want 3 separate sheets. We can play guess which ones actually right! None of them add up.
What happened to the mantra One time system - DXC time! People collected bonus on that - got promotion and everything and still this place has not done anything to fix problems. Think of us bullsh-tting digital transformation to customers!
There will soon be another one to fill out. It's going to be called "T.A.R" "Technicians Activities Record"
That would make 5 for me if I do overtime.
No only DXC Time, but leave requests as well as official request in Workday, I have to 1, 2,3, no er 4 unofficial leave request/trackers for the same project. Why they can't just sort out notifications from workday or introduce some workflow is a mystery
