Good folks are just going to leave !

This is crazy. why it is taking so long to take these actions. Plus the action around rewards. Man, why would one stay at this company.

So for folks who are not impacted, will have to work more at less rewards. What !

After reading all these comments I feel kind of lucky that I was laid off a couple years ago. What a moral ki---r!

Having worked there for a couple of decades, I have a pretty good idea what the mood is like in the halls (and cubes) right now.
