Any idea when the cuts will start up again? I know we're in the clear for now, but let’s be real, this break isn’t gonna last forever. Just wondering how long we’ve got.

Will Tariffs will lead to more layoffs?
If everything gets more expensive, computers, hospital supplies, pharmaceuticals and Highmark can’t increase rates, it seems the only solution is to delay them purchases and cut more people??

There were layoffs this week (Thursday). Per my manager, they dismantled a department.
