Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Same old force people out tactics

SF now placing more and more on tms in an apparent move to force them out. Will Sm's be made to move to hubs this year? SF is attempting to force out tm's and employees that are remote so they can replace in hubs without offering severence. My one on one was about the reports on idle time, etc. And nothing about my actual work. SF is an extremely toxic environment. Employees have been told we are losing policy's and will be second to progressive in a matter of months and we are going to be held accountable. SF leaders are taking no accountability for their direction that has led to this. Instead its all the employees fault. Well when you sc--w over your employees and have to hire Suzy who was swinging her a-s around a pole last week and she's settling claims this week what did you expect. Did you think our customer service rating would go up.

I have heard they are ramping up firing.
Tms have been given the green light to fire. Anyone low on the metrics is on chopping block.

I believe SF having no ethics was already exposed. Look up Hayden Kirkpatrick on utube.

Our Executive office is just a bunch of nerds and pathetic losers that got their arssses handed to them in HS. They are now trying to be "cool" and show all "those" people that gave them wedges in HS. They now try to cozy up with the smooth talking "cool" agents because they think the "cool" kids finally accept them are now letting them sit at their lunch table. Unfortunately, the agents are just useless used car salesman's that fell into sales because they could drink beer, smooze people, talk BS, cheat, and womanize! Our Execs attend the same conventions, agency travel and swap stories about the expensive Scotches they drink, and smoke Cohiba's in there $2000 Italian made penny loafers....bragging about their new Porsche, retirement homes, cheating on their wife and lake houses. You now have a total dweeb/putz (JF) running SF with two former SF agent giving him advice on how to run the business! That is like backing up the Titanic after it hit the first iceberg and taking another run at it!!!! Place is a sh-t show!!!!!

Here's one for you. On your review if you just go along with the show, the TM will use and abuse you and give you less while expecting more. If you attempt to negotiate or question you will be perceived as a problem. Either way, they control you and abuse their power. This is why there is such a high turnover in claims.

SF will never admit their failures nor their abuse of their operations workforce. Let the freaking overpaid agents adjust their own claims.

Step one- Promote MT/PS/RY, Implement EOM, destroy claims!
Step two- Close all the offices that have any common sense/experience as they won't buy into your scam. Force people to hubs, to scratch out a living/expensive! Rat race!
Step three - Move to a majority, minority work force, that you can use and abuse that is low cost, low IQ/skilled, low resistance. Puppy mill.... the ole Jack Welch philosophy!
Step four - Business model not working (MT crying still) with record losses and still loosing policies- purge SM, CM, VP as they do not "fit" your model!
Step five - MT scams record bonuses, buys a bunch of horrible business, high risk policies, retires and leaves a mess. Loosing $27 billion in the process! Laughing at you!
Step six- Promote his buddy JF (AKA Baby Huey) to give him time to cover his tracks and not rebuke his total prior scam. Work his son up the ladder is the price he paid!
Step seven - Start scam all over again, blame CM, SM, TM for all of Executives bad decisions and try to run people off. Double down on stupid, more EOM, Huddles, 1x1s, destroy claims even more. Do hard better.....aka.... grab your ankles!
Step eight - Loose #1 position and now no longer have anyone else to blame...exposed!
Step nine - The downward spiral continues and Geico passes you in two more years, layoffs continue and continue.
Step ten - Think Kodak, Blackberry, Sears, Kmart, Enron! Bye Bye...Bye SF!

Uncle Rico...good analysis. I still like Sho-ter. Either way the direction of this company will fall soon enough. The libtards will eat each other alive.

Actually SF is more like Uncle Rico, still driving around in a van, wearing an old letter jacket and talking about winning the district championship 20-30 years ago! SF is still delusional thinking it's a premier company. It's living a past dream that died over 20 years ago! SF lost the number one position a long time ago when they put MT in and his legacy will be the final undoing of SF. There is not one single person that can tell me anything that is better about SF than it was prior to MT No one can afford SF, the customer service su-ks, technology is horrible, agents are useless, work force is full of retail and fast food rejects, pay is awful, hub cities are a joke, and the company continues to decline at every level. The death of an industry leaders is slow and steady but it will die.....and it should! That is how incompetence, greed and stupidity should be rewarded in our society! Circle vultures Circle!

Just watch what gets exposed when they bring em all back in the office and people are forced to quit because they won't move. Sh*t you never imagined will get exposed when people cut ties with the devil. It's coming, just watch.

Well, some are finally beginning to see the light on how ethical this company really is. I've personally seen two married male VPs get into bed together and laugh. When executives have felons living in their house. When wives are on prescribed head meds to get through the day. The substance abuse within SF is way way out of control along with infidelity and so on. The majority of SF has serious mental illness. Their behavior reflects it.

@ay+1. You are target. 25 years overpaid and WFH. Yes a good target for SF to get rid of. You drank the Kool aid for 25+ years and now you get a taste of the Kool aid you've sold and put on your associates. Good call for SF to wake your a-s up early, move to a hub, shine your shoes and a$$ into an office. You are one of many Pricks SF should dump. You've been addicted to their Narrative too long...time to wake up to reality.

State Farm can just change its name to the State Farm Mutual African American Insurance Company. That is mostly all we are hiring, that is all the we are insuring and every commercial is targeted at that 12% of our population. Woke go broke!

To the id--t that thinks the wfh folks don't know what its like to be in an office. Shut the f up. Almost all of us were in an office for 25+ years. Your just ticked because your a young know it all that has to report to a hub. That's your own stupidity.

Bring all those WFH in the office and have them experience the exact same thing the generation before them did. The days of freebies are over. Learn to work and communicate outside a computer.
