You are being laid off, of course you get the severance package on Iris.

Do you have a link to the document in iris or a search term you used to find it? I didn’t see anything on iris. All of the severance documents are out of date.

Someone had to ask if we would receive severance.

What was the answer?

@fw+1jpwhvg79 reiterated the obvious, said the business/vendors would be told Thursday- ?!?! so to kind of keep it under wraps.

Then he said maybe 90 to 120 days for the wind down to "keep commitment to our customers" - some staff will be retained for that. Rest would go earlier. Absolutely zero about when you would know which group you're in, which is frankly sc-mmy. Someone had to ask if we would receive severance. Just wild, all of it. They seem unprepared for this "wind down".

What was shared in RD’s Friday meeting?

“Machen gets fired but the announcement was a “depature” Palmer is out.”

I figured these are their typical operations. My previous employer did the same thing. They announced the retirement of our senior VP on Friday, next week they announced to close our department, hold a few folks for winding down.

employees got a 10am ET Friday meeting invite on Thursday morning with no context. "Meeting" was about 6 minutes, entirety of which was a prepared statement. Very cold and classless. Smaller meetings were held later in the morning with a little more tact but this came as a surprise to the whole line.

To @am+1jpwhvg79 Thank-you for the info.

Very unfortunate for all involved, both Employees & Customers / Patients.

It seems this round of cuts / changes is going deeper than many years past.

Best of luck to all impacted as well as those still unsure what still may come.

Yea, Machen gets fired but the announcement was a “depature” Palmer is out. Home based care is shutdown. The next layoffs are in the Care Space with good rumors of 10% layoffs and 30% amongst all IT positions. Shareholders will rejoice

@a7+1jpwhvg79 this LOB provides in home care to patients in the HRS (health risk) and IHPC (in home primary care) lines of business. I'd guesstimate 75 IT jobs, not sure how many on the business side.

It’s a wrap for IHPC. What a shame.

“can’t believe they just informed an entire line of business in a 10 min town hall!”

This is outrageous!! But stay calm! Sky isn’t falling
