That's one of the d-mbest arguments I have ever heard for DEI. Not that there is a good argument for DEI but that one is definitely one of the d-mbest.

OP, if you have to complain about race in your post in any way, you're part of the problem. That's basically it. It should never enter into the discussion in hiring's or promotions for any legitimate company.
