Hey does anyone know how many months of severance they provide during layoffs?

Mattel severance packages are generous. First they all get 60 days. After that, its a formula based on salary, age, years of service. Minimum is about 6 more weeks for a total of 14 weeks. For people who had worked 3 years. Long timers are paid for 6 to 12 months.
It's seems to be optional for them to give it to you. But because they like you and feel sorry it ends being about 6 months.
But you know depends your level and years. It's not a whole lot but enough to get by for little bit.
