Working in CCA (Complex Clinical Audit) it’s a literal rat race everyday scrambling meeting to meeting…NEVER accomplishing anything. There is zero resources and the constant “there is no funding” is getting old real quick. Teams are understaffed, very poor execution to projects because there are way too many processes or hurdles to jump through to initiate anything. The amount being outsourced to vendors is ridiculous and you can’t keep up with changes made at the VP level due to poor communication. The time it takes to even get a position approved is outrageous and these snow cards are getting out of control. There are several initiatives this year to reduce administrative staff… it is written on the wall that CCA in the near future will be non existent to Vendors and Global Solutions. Look what is happening in GBD and other claim areas. We are all going to Slave labor and never see a decent AIP again then also get Rif’d.

What is the biggest problem in Carelon?
Poor management, bad acquisition, both?

Whatever the VO’s are telling you the next few days just remember it’s fake hype trying to save their own tail until something better comes along and you will keep slave driving.
Anything that’ has to with carelon global solutions had been a nightmare. Anthem has officially gone down hill.
All od Carelon has been and will continue to be a disaster!
