Transitioning employee here from Cigna. Has anyone heard where we can find insurance cards so we can log into benefit portal?

Only HMO cards will show spouse and dependent names.
Ppo cards will always only show the subscriber name.
Make sure you’re looking at a medical card for the copay info.
Your dental card will say PDent on it.
The same ID number are used for both so you need to look at the other identifiers.
Got the insurance card in the mail but the top right of the card is blank. No listing of co pays. Also I got 2 cards with my name on it when I expected a card for my husband
They sent the card out yesterday. But you can also call them and they will gladly give you your member ID. The reps are super nice and sweet.
I had to contact the customer service for our insurance to gain my information and log onto the BAM system
Funny enough many Cigna employees have no idea who the he-l their supervisor is. They randomly assigned people to areas with HCSC managers but we have no clue who they are and they haven't reached out. Then HCSC HR told us to ignore those assignments and nothing has changed, but Cigna side managers are not getting any information at all from HCSC either - I know because I am one. We are totally in the wilderness.
i had to call 800-409-9462 to get my info. some folks had it emailed to them.
