Anyone have any intel on the last minute mandatory town hall for home based care tomorrow? Hard not to think something is up with the announcement of the divestiture yesterday.

Likely more than 150 affected. We have NPs and the like who see patients - probably 200 of those alone. Then all the IT support staff and business unit as well.

Home Based Care was one affected area. IHPC and HRS lines of business. Probably about 75 IT, larger business unit. All were blindsided.

HUGE layoff for evernorth this morning. Shutting down a few departments. That is, in fact, what they use last minute town halls for when they also clear entire schedules for you to be there.
I wasn't told it was mandatory. My boss said nothing to me after it landed in our inboxes.
That’s not how they did townhalls in the past.
