Funny thing is, at Humana, there'd be about 2000 layers of bureaucracy to cut through before they could fire a quiet quitter. It'd probably take a year just to get the approvals
Honestly I'd feel bad for quiet quitting if I was working with Americans. But at Humana we don't even have that because we might as well be based out of Mumbai. I don't feel as bad about sc--wing them over, that's for sure
Just quit. We don’t need toxicity. That never makes anything better.

Lots of people doing that! Time to get real with whistleblower suits too. Most of us that have been here a while have dirt enough dirt to get the place shut down.
