Bogus metrics

Anyone notice an increase in bogus metrics making it harder to meet MAP goals? Reps being threatened with caps or termination even though their metrics are in good standing?

My idle is going up but I’m doing more work than I was before. Doesn’t make sense. I’m being threatened with do more of this and do that. Don’t forget this. More things to do for not more $$

No real changes in my area. But a reminder to document all you do during the year so you can provide a glowing self review full of accomplishments, projects, times you volunteered or trained, etc.

Absolutely! Changing and raising metric goals and then picking apart calls for even the smallest things so that the scores on the call reviews are super low, not even elites/premiers are meeting these “goals”. Micromanaging everything they possibly can, and yet the bonus stays the same but higher expectations so less ppl can actually meet them and they don’t have to pay out

They’ve been doing this to people. They did it to me and that was 2022. I’m just glad that it’s being exposed. At the time, few people knew about it, so to be subjected to it was like walking in the valley of the shadow of death. A weaker person might have harmed him/herself or others. I have forgiven the ba----ds who did this to me but only in the sense that I am no longer consumed with rage, but I will never forgive their cross eyed cruelty.

Yes I’ve noticed this! For the first time in my 5 years+ of working for the company I am not meeting MAP goals and from what I’ve heard it’s several people not meeting it which is very unusual

During my review I knew I did good however manager told me that they were more or less told not to provide 4+ on reviews in code but I got the message what he was saying. I laughed at the 3 meets expectations as did he following up with I wish I could rate higher. Still got a raise and bonus as well as appreciated being told the truth as he was against it also but had to fall in line. I can only imagine what you might be going through. So far I have been told a couple thousand people accepted the offer to leave. Wonder what that magic number they have to meet to avoid layoffs though. People also are accepting and getting denied. Not sure what in the world is going on. If they want to quit then let them.

They are making things harder to ensure people walk of the job so unemployment does not have to be payed out by the company.

Yep! Everyday I log on, it’s new rules to follow and if you don’t do or say what they want, it’s an automatic failure on quality. It’s ridiculous! I see they are trying to force people to quit. Just lay me off at this point smh.
