Why even bother? The agency service for ASIC and RMBC are now going to be $5 an hour overseas persons not even part of Allstate. They are just going to be copying and pasting provided scripts to answer questions similar to a chat bot. They are going to have minimal contact with Allstate themselves so no more manager escalations and exceptions. One contact is all you will get for your dire needs and concerns. If you are that unknowing and inept to run your agency without resorting to the vendored out overseas non-Allstate "service" that is coming then you have no business owning an agency and best to sell your investment to someone more able.

Let’s not forget about ACS. Customer calls their agent and the IVR system will route certain calls to ACS away from the agents office. Who will staff ACS? More oversees vendors. This is in the name of giving agents more time to write new business and not worry about administrative calls from customers. What agent doesn’t understand that many of those administrative touches are opportunities to connect with their client base, build relationships and cross sell?
If you’re an agent, your commission was cut this year to pay for ACS - that’s a fact.
For agencies, the easy admin calls are forced from your agencies to an overseas VENDOR. When you do need support from RMBC or ASIC you’ll be supported by an overseas VENDOR. Let’s me ask…. How many US customers are going to be frustrated by this? We’ve been told not to worry, they speak English fluently so customers won’t even know they’re speaking to someone overseas. Wow.
I have an idea! Hey Tommy, Brandt, Parsons and the rest of you in the C Suite, you still collecting your multi-million dollar bonuses on the backs of all your employees as you lay us off and force rebadging?? May the universe rain never-ending diarrhea upon you for the rest of your days.
It’s one thing to make these changes in the name of expense-cuts. Your underlings understand that reducing expense is necessary to compete. It is quite another for you to continue living the high life.
