Sometimes, I wonder if they’re doing these reorgs and cuts not just to chase profits and keep us stressed, but because they genuinely don’t know anything else. In the five years I’ve been here, I’ve never seen any actual improvement following a reorganization. Instead, each reorg brings more chaos, more workload, and less efficiency.

I was RIF’d not long ago and am curious about recent reorg too. Sounds like Carelon got absorbed back into other areas (if so, it’s how it was years ago). Is Pete Hayatain still there? Who’s heading Marketing now. Kim Laursdorf?
if you have been around long enough it was Anthem - then Wellpoint - total culture change - then Anthem then Hellavance - again total culture change (not that it was hard to get worse since the writing was on the wall) - there is never an improvement just more chaos, and it remains top heavy

The reorgs are just a distraction to hide the corruption.

If there were any rhyme or reason, they would include directors and below that are actually involved in the work. It is just consistently getting worse.

The constant re-orgs are a symptom of a SLT that cannot lead. They re-org all of the time. With the same results. That's crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
