Thread regarding Schlumberger Ltd. layoffs

Doesn't seem too bad

Is it just me, or was this round not that bad? Or am I missing something?

I got the call up to the HR office to the axe, my manager read his script and asked if there is concern. I just said I was only interested in the severance package . Ironically the HR lady who processed my exit got axed too a month later shows how uncompassionate this company has turned into. I told my children never apply for a job here.

There were layoffs in Sugarland today. Not sure what will happen with new tariffs

Due is March 31st.
Main target is age 50+, International staff & legacy business lines employees
For this round the severance is not bad it is roughly 2 months for each service year

Seems like someone got the March 17th date wrong is posting a lot to try and prove this was a really bad round.
