Xerox in a nutshell: Out of some prolonged turbulence The plane goes into a violent spiral towards the ground. Your family, your loved ones come rushing toward your thoughts. It’s all over now-Steve B (covered in flames) over the intercom appears- It’s ok everyone this is part of our strategy! It’s all going to plan! We’re just reinventing -into the ground and I have a parachute/sorry you don’t! This was kind of what my vision was but I couldn’t tell any of you till now. I love you all and good luck!

Didn’t Xerox have a great group of dealers called GIS???
Oh thats right, they couldn’t help themselves, couldn’t leave it alone and ended up sc--wing it all.
When is HCL getting fired? That is step 1 to Xerox being successful again.

How do we plan to survive selling low margin commodities to resellers?
No it’s not.
The plan is dealerships. That's the reinvention. If you want to work in the industry, start befriending a local dealer and send them your resume because it's no secret that X is looking for majority of revenue and profit from someone else selling product/software and service.
SB has failed miserably in every ‘leadership’ role previous, that’s why Xerox think he’s the best man for the job - to finish it off, once and for all. He’s more inept than UB & JJ combined. We hear no substance in anything you say and sadly, it’s only a matter of time before the charade is over.
I don’t know if anyone else noticed but I couldn’t stop laughing. SB had flames from the fire coming out the top of his head for most of the presentation. It was absolutely hysterical listening to him tell everyone everything is going to plan with flames literally rising off of him!!
Shameful leadership

Turns on Xerox Death watch…
Reminds me of Mike Feldman when he held a town hall just to talk about being g-y and married. Zero anything about new services and product let alone solving anything about Xerox torturing its customers lol. Who the eff cares about any of that‽ What are you going to do to save the company from going out of business because it’s awful you bumbling id--t‽
Rerun of Season 3 Episode 12 of Xerox ineptness and completely fumbling anything that could turn the corner, save customers and make money.
DUH is code for Lean Six Sigma
His talk ought to knock another buck off the stock price if it gets around…
What a buffoon. Steve embraces DEI just as others are leaving it and, showing a complete lack of knowledgeable of the company history, thinks it’s something new. Proudly, XRX had DEI way before anyone else, and way before our string of awful CEO’s (starting with Allaire).
DEI is code for offshoring
I learned the the new leaning platform will enable us to be successful. More likely it will allow them use 3rd party service. At cheaper rate and lay off the rest of us....
leadership team followed this plan
- Identify a respected institution. 2. k*ll it. 3. gut it. 4. wear its carcass as a skin suit, while demanding respect.
If you look at SB’s body language it tells a thousand words…..
Delusion or lies take your pick
The ship is going under and we’re hemorrhaging talent but at least we can take comfort in the fact we’re still focused on a great DEI program. WTF!?
