Buckle up

“Buckle up for what?”
Another anticlimactic response that literally just changes the name of the sock puppet with a title. Same thing happened to the one prior and people forgot his name within 2 weeks. The next one will create more bogus positions for his buddies, and they will be just as worthless within 5 years when they repeat the cycle in 5-6 years all over again. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.
Buckle up for what?
It is true, he is officially gone. Just gat a notice passed along this morning.
Ohio was a hot mess and under state audit when I started five years ago and they continue to have management issues. The decision to change leaders when they are trying to implement a new contract this year is strange. But, what else is new.
“ It’s top heavy with management who have poor direction and make impulsive, poorly thought out decisions. Too many people trying to make a name for themselves instead of the company.”
This is the most accurate description of management that I have seen and experienced. Not even an employee of that state, but it’s the culture across management.
I’m sure this person doesn’t know anything…the only people who know the truth about anything aren’t us peasants that post on here…
He was fired. Hopefully the rest of the ivory tower brigade gets canned too. They need to seriously get rid of everyone from the manager level up.
They needed to also fire at least four tiers below him to have any impact. Ohio needs to clean house. It’s top heavy with management who have poor direction and make impulsive, poorly thought out decisions. Too many people trying to make a name for themselves instead of the company.
“fired” for what? I find it hard to believe you know the details.
What happened?
