Just had news that DXC contract for my role will not be renewed so will be TUPE-ed to someone else (no idea who yet).
But not until at least March next year - boo.

May well be frying pan to frying pan, the rumour is that the contract has gone to TCS
@pb+1jpmtj3em - it has been stated that if we record more than 50% of time to BAU (business as usual) to the client we will be in scope for TUPE. I record 90%
**Not all staff get Tupe'd into the new outsourcer!
E.ON went to infosys (After Mike Laurie put his foot in it and announced that DXC was no longer doing managed workplace) but none of the roles were transferred and staff were put on the bench for 3 to 5 months until a role appeared
So good luck
good riddance you sound like a big loss to dxc ....lol
Why do you think DXC is so great that anyone who doesn't like it should just leave. Just leaving isn't that simple for many. DXC isn't the be all and end all of most people's lives. Even for those of us who felt some sense of loyalty to the client in the past. Attention has shifted. Do the task and nothing more. If the company wants to wrap it up in so much paperwork that it never gets done. The. Good luck to them. They still pay us to log in. Roll on WFR or reaching a significant birthday.
if uou dont like DXC then change employment, your not a slave. what an 🫏🕳️
Wooo what service area ?
Great news and best outcome for you - on Tupe; check that your benefits of transferred over and also keep eye on your current Pension with DXC ( may need to move out ) but with new company you hope to get much better ££/$$ pay including perks but you may need to make extra contributions, e.g., Pension, etc
Again good news for yourself, me unfortunately stuck in this 5hit show, a few years to go for retirement or WFR
Congratulations
