So our Executives tell Wall Street they're cutting 3000 employees before notifying us. Then we are expected to continue on like nothing's happening for the "coming weeks" where we might lose our job. What!?
What happened to notifying the employees getting Rif'd first?
The execution of this RIF is pathetic and seems like a last minute decision before the earnings call to try and save face. Employees deserve better than this leadership.
Can't control if you get rif'd at this point, but you don't have to wait some unknown amount of time to start applying for other jobs. Just tell your boss you might be leaving for another Job and you'll let them know if you are sometime in the coming weeks.
