Has anyone heard if a RIF is coming? If so, is there any speculation on the targeted groups and/or departments?

If I had to guess I’d give it until the next year as they figure out who from Cigna goes where and how much natural attrition occurs
Judging by how IFM rightfully got a near zero bonus even for there '4' performers, I'd expect them to be the first to the unemployment line.
I understand Cigna people began appearing on HCSC org charts last Monday.
On the Cigna side we are hearing the sale just closed. Loads of people on the IT side have gotten emails and some Cigna access has already been lost. Going to be a wild week.
I think that’ll be last resort if enough Cigna people don’t quit.
I have been expecting to be laid off for some time. I just wish they’d be honest about their plans.
