When Techline was based in India, it was wonderful. I LOVED knowing the second I had a tech problem, I would be off the phones a minimum of 1 hour.
Since IT moved to Texas, it’s much faster of a response time so I get back to work faster. No thanks, move it back to “save money”. Hilarious from a finance company. Cheaper IT means way more expensive all other groups.
The tech problems now are that Fidelity wants to waste money with marketing by keeping the Covid hires. Layoff enough Covid hires and hire engineers. Damn, sometimes people with formal education are worth the cost. Hire better tech people.
