There's no need to use "some" in this context. All managers are bullies. We used to have good managers but they were driven out because they were not good fits for the toxic culture this company promotes. Those who replaced them are in 99 percent of cases incompetent sycophants who compensate for their lack of competence by attacking those below them who are getting the job done.

Yep.....and gotta love the recent team building effort, multiple sites are doing the $120 cap per person team building. It's not a small amount I must admit, but why put a cap at the current profit level. How much money would a team leader dare to spend over $120 on a night out with his ppl anyways? Putting a cap really enforces the view of "penny pinching" at the exec level.
