So here it is and there is still a lot of morale issues and frustration with workers. I know we have jobs but a major disincentive for working above and beyond and being truly loyal is the constant threat of mass layoffs and a track record of layoffs every year since 2015. It seems Management finally broke many employees loyalty and will. Management has got to find a new first and only lever to pull or they will probably lose most of their talent. There isn't much will to go through with the current talent pool if you can call it that and stuff.

We’re on the same path as Twitter. Going to be taken over, manipulated so we can’t control our message about leaders coming out of the closet and then terminated as soon as the new guy comes in. Massive layoffs on the horizon! Gloom and doom!
