2%. 21 years in the field, have been the floor leader for 19 of them. Was assigned 80% of the difficult jobs that are high value and high risk. Literally carried GS since 2006 in my field. Desperately looking for another job within the company, will definitely take less pay, I don’t care, I just want out. I fake it everyday and stop complaining to my rat co workers who secretly hate me out of jealousy. Here is some real advice from a veteran, work slow, do the bare minimum with a great attitude and you will make bread and be happy. Show promise and you will be rewarded the same raise as everyone else (or worse) and be miserable. In the end you work for your lead and I have had many, and there are few good ones. usually the manager is worthless and won’t back you.

I'm guessing most people fall in the 2-6% range. Mine was 4 this year
