Just had a 1-on-1 with my manager and they kinda slipped up… execs are getting ‘retention bonuses’ to keep morale high… for THEMSELVES. Meanwhile, they’re calling layoffs ‘right-sizing for efficiency.’ Lmao they really think we’re this d-mb?
