The only people that can "go after" the Qube are the Board of Directors, and as long as the stock doesn't crater that won't happen. I think they just announced an increase in the dividend. Not a huge increase, and not a big dividend, but an increase none the less.
Who's going to "go after" them? Certainly not you.
Nobody held a gat to your head when you took the job. I know the company that didn't su-k, really su-ks now so, get the he-l out of there. That's what I did over 2 years ago and I'm fine.
