Maybe have some new fu--ing information about anything at all instead of smelling each other's farts, telling us all how well you think your layoff team is doing. People want anything and the smallest amount of information would be great. "Oh that's a great question but we can't tell you that information yet, but just wait until you see
the new org chart". Lame attempt to look like you have a clue or give a sh-t about any of us. Don't ask us for ways to improve your sh-t show. We all know that after the cuts, over the course of a couple of years it will bloat again and we will be doing this again after you can't figure it out.

Just looking at the way this reorg is being handled you know this company is doomed unless it truly changes out leadership which doesn’t seem likely.

Someone on the poll needs to ask, “Is this what you are really getting paid for”?! By just saying, “we have no answers” while others are doing the real work!
Everyone working on the restructure should be sacked
Why not just use Musk’s approach - send an email firing individuals with a form letter saying their performance wasn’t sufficient despite not actually knowing a single thing about the individual. Toss in no severance and locking them out of their computer access and their buildings so they can’t even retrieve personal belongings. It’s simpler and faster.
Not to mention LT encourages us to attend different THs outside of our org- but it’s a waste of time because the other THs have just as little information. I appreciate the attempt but not really helping.
I am amazed at the questions thinking their job is safe and won’t be impacted. Have people been paying attention or do they just have blinders on?
They are acting like they are being transparent with having so many different townhalls but in reality, we know nothing new and these things are a waste of time.
