Question for ex XRX sales reps?

Do you guys have non-solicits or non-compete clauses?

At this rate do you think Xrx has the resources to track chase and sc--w around with non competes? Wait …since it’s Xerox and there is no longer a focus on anything related to core competencies they probably would come after you…. In the meantime I wouldn’t worry about it …..by the time they figure it out they’ll either be bankrupt or broken up…

An old pickup truck. Don’t want em thinking you’re made of money. Make sure free wifi is listed in the benefit plan.

"My pardon. All the best to your base flipping philanthropy. In a few weeks you should find ample xeroids gathered at most any major intersection. Suggest you load em up in a pick up truck. Don’t forget non solicit docs and specifics on your generous benefit package. "

It's a shame they didn't fire you.

Soon......

"Some business park dealer fishing for Xerox $chmucks interested in 89 days of employment. Maybe just skip the romance and do a back alley deal for your client files."

A lot of good people were let go. I'm just asking what the non-solicit situation is for the people who want to earn a living somewhere that isn't going under.

I'm trying to see if any ex-XITS people can sell to their old book of business without getting sued.

“TY what about non-solicits?”

  • Why do you ask? Just making casual conversation?

They asked. I declined. Over 15 years later still here, by choice.

The FTC issued a rule last year that would ban most non-compete requirements. The courts have stayed the rule (September 4 is the Date of Relief. The FTC is appealing.

They can't object to anything that's in your head,so unless you download data and send or print it, the XRX response will be muted.

Steal client info, etc. and you will hear from the legal department
