I'm guessing huge layoffs will be announced once those dismal Q1 earnings come out next month and Tan sees what's really going on. CS better be ready

I'm pretty sure Tan already knows what's really going on. No need to wait.
60 days is likely to be the severance package. People stop working when they know they are going to be let go so getting them out the door fast is a better strategy. Costs the same either way.
60 days notice for WARN so end of June would be last working day for US folks most likely
