It’s amazing how almost everyone posting here thinks this is the best job they can get. Sad.
@OP, all the gripey posts on this site are from like… the same 10 people (the guy ticked off about CIO BB, the unionizer, the WFH hater). The rest of us are here for sh*ts and giggles. At the end of the day we work our 40 hours with our fat and happy benefits and call it a day. The grass is not always greener elsewhere, my friend.

I don't encounter nearly the negativity on the job that I see here on The Layoff. Maybe a disgruntled operator or maintenance guy, but exempt people are reasonably happy - when layoffs aren't happening, at least.
Jesus. I can tell a lot of y’all have only worked for chevron. Most are overpaid and underworked.
Truth is that we have it good. It's just human nature to vent and complain. Cut them (us) some slack haha
