The only ceo I know of who religiously reads comments here, gets mad and rants at his staff when he sees anything about him here.

I don't blame him for wanting real feedback. At least he's smart enough to know the employee survey is mostly fake responses. People have learned it's not really anonymous and bad marks will get them punished so they don't answer it honestly. I found it hilarious the time our management gathered us together and demanded an action plan for us to work to improve the scores, not them. One of them was tell all complaints before you put it on the survey so they can "fix it" first. Offering you to self select for layoff or no raise.
HR or legal probably monitor comments.
I doubt that, he has no vested interest in reading this board IMO. I could believe you if you had a specific example, which I am guessing you don't.
