Does anyone know the date of the April Rif?
Actually 50 years from now Elevance will be known a MegaHealth after the 2042 federally mandated merger of Elevance, United, Cigna, Aetna, and the others. With all the savings they got from replacing all employees with A.I. they were able to buy all the others at fire sale prices. Without any regulatory oversight they could do what ever they wanted.

Glad I got my RIF in January and moved on. Still looking, but kicking back a bit before heading to the meat grinder again.
If you flip the letters in RIF it becomes FIR. I'm not sure what that means, but I have nothing useful to add to this post. Cheer up everyone. Life goes on. Places like Elevance or whatever the LLEH it is calling itself these days will not be remembered in 50 years.
Honestly? There’s probably layoffs of some sort every month. Just because people don’t post about it doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Clearly the company didn’t do great last year based on the AIP payouts and salary increases.
They are going to try to cut costs every where they can.
The huge push for AI in a lot of areas su-ks. A lot of people are essentially training AI on how to do their job, or it’s getting offshored to India or the Philippines. They are cutting costs every where.
Prepare for RiFs every month. I heard this year will be worse than last year.
