It's being drastically slowing down for a few weeks, right now many areas have no work, layoff rumors are running wild

It’s 7/29/25. 12 engineers walked out last month. One big manager from the process center he’s been there 30+ yrs. Another manager too. If your productivity isn’t improving or getting higher % you will get the boot.
As usual we the little ppl there’s no such thing as “TEAM WORK” it’s all talk and no action.
It’s not what you know but who you know. Favoritism is rampant. 😡
What a sh---y thing to do when at the Town Hall meetings they say 20% growth blah blah blah everything is great blah blah blah. 🤬
I know of someone in Cedar Rapids, IA that was laid off today. 3/13/25. He had no warning. I don't know what department. But being union it would have to be office personnel or janitorial. Because he had 18 years in and I've not heard of any others so far.
Some managers are being honest with their employees and saying the layoffs are coming, other managers are taking the company line and denying everything .... Ash is going to let loose a bloodbath is the rumor
I work there over 10 yrs. We don’t have much work either in the cells. Well, you know our work is going over to Mexicali Mexico. They said four years ago we are getting new stuff to replace it. I don’t believe them. I personally know engineers they said they don’t see any new stuff either. I talked to two engineers from Mexicali Mexico. They said the employees over there the ones that soldered are making $3.50 an hr. Yeah it’s all about money.
